1	1st Coating: Resuprime MVT Color: Clear Mix Ratio: Pre-packaged components 2:1 *Pot Life: 15 minutes Coverage: @ 8-10 mils WFT - 160-200sqft @ 16-20 mils WFT - 80-100sqft Cure time*: Dry to touch 4-6 hrs Recoat 10-12 hrs Light traffic 18-24 hrs	Option #1 (< 8 lbs moisture reading or <85% RH) Mixing and Application 1. Add resin to hardener. Mix with low speed drill and Jiffy blade until uniform. To insure proper system cure and performance, do not deviate from the pre-packaged quantities. 2. Apply using a tight squeegee coat and backroll with a high quality 3/8” nap roller. Apply at a spread rate of 8-10 mils evenly with no puddles making sure of uniform coverage. 3. Allow to cure 6 hours minimum. (Cure times vary depending on environmental conditions). 4. Proceed with resinous system installation. Option #2 (< 15 lbs moisture reading or <97% RH) Mixing and Application 1. Add resin to hardener. Mix with low speed drill and Jiffy blade until uniform. To insure proper system cure and performance, do not deviate from the pre-packaged quantities. 2. Apply using a tight squeegee coat and backroll with a high quality 3/8” nap roller. Apply at a spread rate of 16-20 mils evenly with no puddles making sure of uniform coverage. 3. Allow to cure 6 hours minimum. (Cure times vary depending on environmental conditions). 4. Proceed with resinous system installation.
2	2nd Coating: General Polymers 3504 Part A: GP3504 Series Part B: GP3504B01 Hardener Color: white, gray, clear amber Mix Ratio: 1:1 Pot Life: 45 min @ 73 degrees Spread rate/wet mils: 4.5 min - 5 max -Coverage sqft/gal: 355 - 320 Drying schedule: @73 degrees; min - 4 hrs max - 24 hrs	APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Premix (if pigmented) 3504B (hardener) using a low speed drill and Jiffy blade for one minute and until uniform, exercising caution not to whip air into the materials. 2. Add 1 part 3504A (resin) to 1 part 3504B (hardener) by volume. Mix with low speed drill and Jiffy blade for three minutes and until uniform. 3. Apply via brush, roller, or spray at a rate of 320-355 square feet per gallon, evenly, with no puddles.
3	3rd & 4th Coating: General Polymers 3555 Part A: GP3555 Series Part B: GP3555B01 Hardener Color: Gray Mix Ratio: 1:1 *Spread rate/wet mils: 20 min - 40 max -Coverage sqft/gal*: 40 - 80 Drying schedule: @ 6 mils wet; 73 degrees; To touch: 5 hrs To recoat: 12-24 hrs Full cure: 48 hrs	• APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS 1. Premix 3555A (resin) using a low speed drill and Jiffy blade. Mix for one minute and until uniform, exercising caution not to whip air into the material. 2. Add 1 part 3555A (resin) to 1 part 3555B (hardener) by volume. Mix with low speed drill and Jiffy blade for three minutes and until uniform. 3. Immediately pour the mixed material onto the substrate and pull out using a 1/8” v-notched squeegee to yield 20 mils WFT and cross roll with a 3/8” nap roller. Readings must be taken continuously during application with a wet mil gauge to verify material is being applied at the proper thickness. Allow to cure overnight at 73ºF surface temperature. Material cures slower at lower temperatures. 4. After the membrane is cured, check for surface blush. Remove any blush with detergent wash completing installation of desired system. NOTE: Epoxy materials may tend to blush at the surface especially in humid environments. After surface is primed and before installation of each subsequent coat, surface must be examined for blush (a whitish greasy film and/or low gloss). The blush must be completely removed prior to recoating using warm detergent water or through solvent wipe. Note: Epoxy materials will appear to be cured and “dry to touch” prior to full chemical cross linking. Allow epoxy to cure 2-3 days prior to exposure to water or other chemicals for best performance.

Add 2 parts GP3746 (resin) to 1 part GP3746B (hardener) by volume. Mix with low speed drill and Jiffy blade for three minutes and until uniform. To insure proper system cure and performance, strictly follow mix ratio recommendations. 3. Apply GP3746 using a squeegee or trowel and back roll with a 3/8" nap roller at a spread rate of 50-160 square feet per gallon (1.3-4.0 meters squared per liter) to yield 10-30 mils (250-750 microns) WFT making sure of uniform coverage. Take care not to puddle materials and insure even coverage. 4. Allow to cure 24 hours minimum before opening to traffic and 72 hours before water exposure. Note: Epoxy materials will appear to be cured and “dry to touch” prior to full chemical cross linking. Allow epoxy to cure a minimum of 3 days prior to exposure to water or other chemicals for best performance.
5	6th Coating: General Polymers 4638 Part A: GP4638A01 Clear Part A: GP4638W01 White Tint Base Part A: GP4638T04 Ultradeep Tint Base Part B: GP4638B01 Standard Hardener Color: Clear and a wide range of colors Mix Ratio: 2:1 *Spread rate/wet mils: 3 min - 4.5 max -Coverage sqft/gal: 355 - 533 Drying schedule:* @ 4 mils wet; 73 degrees; To touch: 2 hrs To recoat: 6-24 hrs Light Foot Traffic: 12 hrs Heavy Traffic: 72 hrs Full cure: 7 Days APPLICATION INSTRUCTIONS Recommended Primers: for concrete: 3504, 3579 (epoxy primers) Recommended Primers: for tile: 5531 Pre-primer with 3504 Epoxy Primer 1. Premix 4638A (resin) using a low speed drill and Jiffy blade. Mix for one minute and until uniform, exercising caution not to introduce air into the material. 2. Add 2 parts 4638A (resin) to 1 part 4638B (hardener) by volume. Mix with low speed drill and Jiffy blade for three minutes and until uniform. To insure proper system cure and performance, strictly follow mix ratio recommendations. 3. Apply 4638 using a 1/4” nap roller at a spread rate of 355-533 square feet per gallon, evenly, with no puddles making sure of uniform coverage. Take care not to puddle materials and insure even coverage. 4. Allow to cure 12 hours minimum before opening to light foot traffic.
